When support is the antidote for burnout

I received a client review last week that I think does a particularly good job of not only expressing the work that I do, but my intentions behind the work.

Let’s get a little personal for a second…

I am the eldest daughter, with three younger siblings.

And I encompass a lot of the attributes that come along with this identity.

I love taking care of the people around me.

I am fiercely independent, but also extremely loyal to my inner circle.

These qualities are largely what drew me to study sociology and later social work.

My deep interest and curiosity in other people, often so that I could listen and support where I could.

My career journey is a bit of a winding one, but social work led me to leadership development, which led me to an office manager position, ultimately winding up as a Virtual Practice Manager for health practitioners.

All of these career shifts and identities are used in my current role.

I want to support practitioners organize, streamline and grow their practice, ultimately so that they as people can live their life fully.

When my client says “The burnout rate is so high in these professions, and it's often because we don't have the support we require.” I want to be that support!

If this is something you think you could benefit from, I’d love to chat! You canbook a quick call with me right here.
